As a professional communicator, I have more than five years of publishing experience. My online articles have appeared on high-traffic sites such as www.faithcounts.com and ksl.com.
As lead writer for www.mormontemples.org, I wrote nearly 30 essays about the history of LDS temples (including articles about the Salt Lake, Nauvoo, and Manti temples), while coordinating a team of 8 other writers to author 170 articles, editing them for coherent flow and voice.
Currently, I co-edit a quarterly online literary journal, Young Ravens Literary Review.
My book, Habits of Being, was published by Exponent II. The Salt Lake Tribune featured an exhibit I curated about Mormon women’s material culture in “Building faith: The material culture of Mormonism,” August 2011.
My poems have appeared in print and online in Dialogue: A Journal of Mormon Thought, Exponent II, Wilderness Interface Zone, Psaltery and Lyre, Fire in the Pasture: Twenty-first Century Mormon Poets. A poem is forthcoming in 2016 in Dove Song: Heavenly Mother in Mormon Poetry.
I have been an author in Our Cooperative Ministry’s Sunday School series, and I have been an interviewer for the Mormon Women Project.
I have worked as a volunteer social media specialist for the Friend magazine and a volunteer for RubyGirl.org.
I have created several websites for church organizations and a professional author.
